The site supports community participation, training, development activity, and events in a welcoming and inclusive environment for people of all ages and abilities.

We are recruiting a Watersports Programme Coordinator to lead the delivery of safe, enjoyable, and high-quality on-water activity at the Town Loch National Training Site for the 2026 season.

This role focuses on coordinating on-water operations, driving the boat, supporting participants of all ages and abilities, guiding staff involved in watersports delivery, and helping ensure sessions and events run smoothly throughout the season. Applicants must hold an SBD2 qualification, as operating the boat is a core requirement of the role.

While the primary focus is on-water delivery, the post also contributes to wider customer and site operations when required, supporting the close working relationship between on-water and on-land teams.

This is a varied, active outdoor role for someone who enjoys working on the water, supporting people, and being part of a busy watersports environment.
