Watersports Assistant - Seasonal 2026

Town Loch National Training Site is Scotland's home of waterski and wakeboard and is operated by Waterski & Wakeboard Scotland, the national governing body for the sport. The site supports community participation, training, development activity, and events in a welcoming and inclusive environment for people of all ages and abilities. 

We are recruiting Watersports Assistant to support both on-water and on-land operations at the Town Loch National Training Site for the 2026 season. 

This is a varied, hands-on seasonal role supporting watersports sessions, preparing equipment, welcoming participants, assisting with customer service, and helping maintain a friendly, safe, and inclusive environment for everyone using the site. You'll work across both on-water and on-land activity as part of a collaborative team, gaining experience across all areas of site delivery. 

This position is ideal for anyone looking for an active, people-focused summer role. 

Contract: Seasonal, casual, April-October 2026

Location: Town Loch National Training Site, Dunfermline
